He has over six years of experience building sustainable businesses that address environmental challenges. His initiatives have already resulted in the recycling and transformation of over 1,000,000 plastic bottles and the launch of agricultural projects that create jobs for rural youth. He holds a degree in environmental management and is responsible for fundraising and overall strategy for the organization.

Co-Founder, Program Director, and Fundraising
James is a social entrepreneur and the co-founder of Waza Green. As a MasterCard Foundation Scholar, he developed expertise in program management and leadership. As Director of Programs, he is the curriculum designer, responsible for the development and implementation of all our programs. He also manages fundraising for participants' businesses, ensuring the success of our training cohorts.
Deborah Uwimana
Co-Founder, Clean Energy Trainer, and M&U
Deborah is an electrical engineer and a leading social entrepreneur with a decade of experience in sustainable energy. She worked for 11 years at Virunga Energy, managing the distribution of electric stoves and facilitating access to credit for local entrepreneurs. In addition to her role as a clean energy trainer, she is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the transparency of internal processes and the organization's overall impact.
Michée Dinzambi
Logistics and Agriculture Training Manager
Michée Dinzambi is a pragmatic leader with eight years of experience in rural agriculture. He is the Logistics Manager at Waza Green, ensuring all resources and processes are perfectly organized. He is also a trainer in regenerative agriculture, using his expertise to transform environmental challenges into agribusiness opportunities. Michée has experience as a coach and holds a degree in information technology.
Gloria Tshiashi
Communications & Marketing Manager | ICT and English Trainer
Gloria is an entrepreneur and IT professional passionate about empowering young people. She holds a degree in English and computer science. Her role is to develop and implement communication strategies to promote WazaGreen's image and mission. She is also an English and IT trainer for WazaGreen participants and the team, and has experience as a robotics and pitching trainer.

With a degree in architecture, Couronne Mulanga is an architect with extensive experience in designing and managing sustainable building projects. As the WAGE Fellowship Program Coordinator, she ensures the overall success of the program. She oversees the participants' journey and leads ecological building workshops, a unique asset to our green innovation program.

Kalinda Buchana Noel is an IT and technology expert with a deep commitment to sustainable development and social entrepreneurship. He is responsible for the financial health of WazaGreen, ensuring maximum transparency and efficiency. In addition to his financial management role, he also serves as a trainer in IT, English, and environmental entrepreneurship, reflecting his passion for a greener future.
